HFP 320LPH Intank Fuel Pump

The HFP 320LPH Intank Fuel Pump has a number of design advantages compared to a Walbro 255, Deatschwerks DW200/DW300/DW65c, Aeromotive 340, or the new Walbro F90000262/ F90000267 400LPH pump.
1. These pumps are manufactured to our specifications to balance volume, pressure, and turbine impeller angle to prevent overheating of the fuel (a known issue with Aeromotive's 340LPH Pump, and Walbro's New F90000262 400LPH Pump).
2. The bypass valve psi is set above 100psi, making the pump ideal for forced induction applications requiring fuel pressure in the 80-90psi range (see flowsheet below).
3. HFP 320LPH fuel pumps are specifically designed to be E85/ ethanol compatible.
4. Vehicle specific installation kit included with every pump. Aeromotive 340 and Walbro 400LPH pump include generic installation kits.
5. Except for a faint "wheen" sound during pump priming, HFP pumps are nearly silent. Walbro pumps are notorious for their loud vibrating "hum" during operation.
6. HFP backs every single pump with a Lifetime Warranty. Walbro requires that you pay a $40 "warranty fee" when you send the pump in which often results in them telling you it was installer error, not pump failure.
7. HFP pumps are flow verified by RC Engineering and are guaranteed to flow higher than any 255LPH pump on the market (flowsheet below).
8. HFP 320LPH pumps can also be used as direct replacement pumps, without overpowering the factory fuel pressure regulator. This is not the case with the Aeromotive 340LPH and Walbro 400LPH intank fuel pumps. The advantage of modern return-style fuel systems is that they only use as much fuel as the engine requires. Any unused fuel is automatically sent back to the tank via the return line. Using a 300LPH pump in place of an OEM replacement will simply provide room to grow if any modifications are planned for the future.
