toby, i only saw this thread this morning, and i would be more than willing to help. i recently had the leaky injector problem, then had them cleaned, tested, etc only to find that they were the wrong size!
managed to source some 2nd hand items from a friend who rebuilt his ca18det with bigger ones. also wanted to buy RC injectors, but the only 370cc available were the wrong style and wouldn't fit.
as for engine help, i've totally rebuilt my CA18det myself, the whole s13 as a matter of fact, so i know a bit about the motor too, and i dont mind getting my hands dirty!
i will pm you now with my number - gimme a shout. i live near cresta, and i am on leave but in joburg the whole time.
