There is one picture from the side were you can really see the peal I used on the car. It flips from a light blue to a really dark blue.

Yes I can see what you mean, and it looks really great!

I know I've already said it, but now that the whole car is sprayed, I just got 2 say what a great and unique colour you've chosen, it looks simply fantastic! Even with the "standard" body, it'll look great

I wont keep the body standard for to long. But I will wait till I find a kit I like. Will post more pics soon

Now thats a decent paintjob it doesnt need a buffing wheel before it shines.
I see a S14 SR20det is going in make sure you use a decent management system and that excludes anything under R5000

Hey Ero,
The paint we used on this one had a lot of peals in it so you looking at about R20000, but if a straight colour was used then a good spray job should be between 12 and 15K. Can be done much cheaper but there will be problems later, with paint and workmanship you get what you pay for.

I have got the original computer box for the car with a chip but it will only run that setup for a short period and I will install a Apexi computer to run the engine.

Late update but have been really busy with the car and the business. Anyway after the painting we have got the interior in and the engine. The engine and box went in very well, the only thing that took us some time is the wiring. It was a mess and the only thing that helped was that the engine came with a full loom. It was complete with the fuse box right to the computer. The car also had the full loom so my guy had to take the two looms and make one.
After a lot of swearing and days he got everything working like factory. The heat, oil and all other guages are working so I am happy with the engine swap.
Tomorrow it will go for the management so when it comes back it will be on the road. Then I will sort out the small things

Yes I will change the interior but to full black. I will use the car all the time so black will look good. Will do that later though

You should sell/swap that interior then, would be a waist to throw it away.
