Right its here!!!!

Torque magazine will be covering the whole event on Saturday with a huge article in their next issue !!!!!....so clean your cabby and you 'll probably get a pic of it in the mag!!!

There is an entrance fee .....this Saturday ...but before you get your racing gloves in a knot ...its only R10 per person but it is mainly to keep the less desirables out !!! if you know what i mean .....but good news is if you have entered you will get in free and get 4 free tickets for friends. But what that's not all ...if you come and your car has a bunker Racing sticker on ...Free entry ..also if you wearing a bunker Racing Shirt ...Freeeeee ...........and if I'am at the gate and i know you and all its free and all ... and if you come up with the breakfast run ...Freee ....so dont stresss !!!!!!!!! oh yes if you print the attachment and show it at the gate free ........simple !!!! dont say i dont look after you Kj's !!!.....

Breakfast run from the Pavilion roof top parking out side Firkin leaves at 9am on Saturday ...Meet Gavin in the two tone Astra ...and he will lead the way !! that sounded almost Biblical ?????

For the okes that want to go alone directions are :

Drive to PMB pass Market Rd and Durban Rd off ramps.....after 100km/h camera take New England Rd off ramp (construction going on)
Turn right over N3
at Engen Garage follow road to the right and up the hill....this is Hesketh drive
Hesketh drive become two lanes....keep going through robots
Hesketh become one lane and keep going up hill
Hesketh bends 90 left, follow bend
100m after left bend turn left into PAT WARM BACK DRIVE..( I know WTF???)
Drive 200m to end of Pat Warm Back Dr into the track.

Entry list below:

Drivers to be at track at 7h30 to offload find pits and do documentation.(pit space limited so we have a area for tow cars and trailers just left of pits) You will be pitted according to class .Drivers briefing will be at 8h30 for the track to open at 9am.We will be very strict on bad sportsmanship, dangerous driving etc whilst on the track ....but this will all be explained on the day.You have been warned !!!! We will have some Driver Instructors to help you with setup, lines and driving around Hesketh so help is close at hand (trust me ask for help if you are unsure it saves on tyres etc!!!) Please remember long sleeve shirts and pants(or race suit) ,closed shoes and of course helmet. The day will be split into 4 classes(dependant on talent, track experience and HP of cars) and you will get 3 X 15 min untimed sessions until lunch at 12-1pm.Lunch and cool drinks will on sale plus there will be a braai lit to braai your own meat on as well !!!After lunch we will run a timed "one lap wonder" to get some results ....after which we will revert back to untimed 2X 15 sessions till time runs out at 4pm .Prize giving will be as close to 4pm as possible.Where top 3 per class will be rewarded for their efforts!!! if you late you will sit out the first session. All cars will be decibel tested on the day again ......so don't chance it !!!! Passengers will be allowed in the cars after signing indemnity and must have the right apparel......Public will also be allowed to buy passenger rides(R50) ....so if someone has got a stamp etc and asks for a ride in you car be honoured and take them for a lap or two it wont be in timed sessions !!!!

That was another epic track day 8) I had had alot of fun. We had 3 sx's taking part this time and it was great to see the sx's out in force in C class :)

This was the first time I got to really test out my new suspension (new Springs and bushes) and it was awesome. I have pretty much no body roll and I could tackle the corners much harder than last time. It was great.

Sorry I don't have any pics, but I do have some video of a run I did late in the day:
