If you got the stock T25 don't even try it... Unless you like buying turbo's... The poor T25 doesn't like to be mishandled like that, I'd say its safe to boost 0.8 on it.

Look that I can't tell you that it won't, the fine ear can hear it, your computer will try and switch to a "safe" map when it detects it... So I'd say you are semi-safe, but when doing mods you need the accompanying mod like a bigger intercooler...
You might even find that you can't even reach 1bar with the turbo, so ja there are many variables....

Yet another piece of fucked up advice.
1: At this altitude your T28 will battle to maintain 1.2bar boost. A GT2876 will only just maintain 1.5bar to 7300rpm it will make 1.8bar at 5000rpm but then falls off.
2: 2 bar boost on 95 octane is a good for turning your motor into a handrenade.
3: Much more than 1 bar on the stock internals and head bolts will self destruct
4: None of the knowlegeable guys even run straight 102 at 1.5 bar those that have have broken engines after a while

I got the s14 motor in my s13 200sx. Boost it 0.7 bar... for a month or so. Turbo still ok but internals start making lots of noise. Now I need new engine. So on stock internals I'll advice you to stick to 0.4bar boost, or you'll have to get better pistons, conrods and bearings for the engine.
