The problem with going solid lifters, stronger springs and more aggressive cams is rockers are known to start breaking.
Kyle, what damage was done to your head? Have you taken it off the block? Any cracks and or detonation signs? I'm interested in it if it is good condition (apart from the bent valves) and you want to go straight cam. Or you could look at changing your full engine to straight cam and letting me buy the bare engine off you if that's the route you want to go. The block and head would need to have NO detonation signs on it though.

Fix the the bent valves, make sure whomever does the headwork does a proper job, SR20 heads needs to be measured again and again to ensure clearances is perfect.
Double check the cam gears that they havnt come loose. Ive had that problem.
Get rocker arm stopers before putting the head back on.
Keep the rev limit at 7000rpm.
Save up for upgraded springs.
Your block and head needs to have a mirror finish when putting on a cometic head gasket, otherwise it will leak.
Have you got the car remapped yet?
