For powa conversion I c Arias seems to be the norm in terms of pistons what kinda abuse can std Rods take
CP, Wiseco,JE,Arias,Vinolia,Diamond are some of the names that come to mind and they are all good.
Standard rods are forged and seem pretty strong just get some ARP rod bolts.
