I agree with Widowmaker......
I have too as we both had a couple of beers together & he is now officially my drinking buddy.
If you're gonna mod the damn thing then never complain about fuel consumption......Unless you get 13litres per hundred & Little corsa bakkies are whippen yo ass.

Ya I was getting over 9km/l when driving "hard" (you know I never really drive hard - I never floor the pedal 'cos I feel like that might break the engine

) but under tame driving I was getting around 11km/l. That was before the Chip Logic re-map. Dunno what it does after the remap 'cos I've had all sorts of problems since then that prevented me from driving a full tank of petrol
My take on aftermarket fuel management systems is that they don't run optimally, they pump juice to get your car going, and so you will suffer with poor fuel economy. The stock ECU is incredibly complex in it's programming - the most I'd ever consider is a piggy-back so that I still have the features of the stock ECU. That's just my uneducated take based on what I've observed.

I use to gap my plugs 0.6, I changed it to 0.8 witch braught some probs but that seemed to pass, I don't know if I am emagining myself but the car seems lighter on petrol now.....am I imagining myself?
