Was the car dynoed before or is this with a new installation, firsttime dyno and then tuning,
The car was supposedly tjooned by Gavin Wilkins before I got her. It was running lean though.

Gavin Wilkins is a V8 guru and very good guy.

I don't doubt that. Fact is he was the previous tuner of this car and it was running lean from day 1. Now its possible he was never given the budget to keep it in a better condition or the owner just didn't care or notice, but the point is it was already tuned to a certain degree before I gave it to Calibrator.

I personally never met Gavin but I am a fan of his Sierra [even though its a ford].

Just to clear up any bad thoughts certain people may be having I did not do the 1st run on that car.
Qwerty took it in and ran it before I even saw the car.
After driving it I am not surprised the before graph looks the way it does.

This is how it was on Saturday on 0.5bar and with my thubsuck map.

ok, If I've got it correct, the 128kw is before the upgrades, how does the rest of the graphs follow, 162, 167, 177.

I see the 167kw graph looks a lot like the 128kw one if you look at the "shape" of it. so it looks more like it was the 2nd one

The curve of the 162 is smooth, al lot smoother than the 177 one.

I would still like to see the AF ratio of the 4 so that I can finalise my opinion.

There are two dyno sheets, the first one has two runs, 128.7kw/162.7kw; ATW before/after upgrades.

The second sheet with 177kw on the engine was taken with the upgrades but with only 0.5bar boost. I'm guessing I've surpassed the 200kw mark at the engine by quite a bit at 0.7bar 8)

Hennie I'll post some AFR stuff when my VEMS is fitted, that will also give EGT stats.

I am also going to have the clutch changed, if I can have my way calibrator won't be having much of a weekend ;)

I wonder if just the clutch will change the ATW figure of 162.7!?
