and MAX - toby is right. there is a veritable rats nest of water and air pipes underneath those manifolds. i would say go to rezlo.com, and find the links to the sx ca18det manual. then check all of those hoses. ppl tend to forget about them, and its a very viable option. remember they are at least a decade old!!!!

i have heard about that quickfix from a dude at work before
but on the other hand, the other dude at work here put shoe polish in a hole in his leg (and almost lost it), so i wasnt too sold on all their funny quickfixes
also, those feeder pipes to the hairdrier are thin - i'll be nervous about clogging...

Yup! Too much of that stuff will definitely cause clogging! But still, very tempting to fix a slightly blown head gasket with a few teaspoons of turmeric powder I've seen it done and work on a Honda ballade.
