I put her back together now and drilled an offset 4mm hole into the CAS and into the snapped off shaft , put in a little 4mm shaft and pushed the 2 together. The compression seems to be right now , and like "Poizen" said if I take the CAS and turn the shaft with the ignition on the injectors are pulsing , but there is a clicking from the black unit on the ABS ??? If I turn the CAS and don't hear it , I fiddle with the plug above the power transistor and then it clicks again once ?
Bottom line is , she still isn't starting. Any ideas ?

Read back a bit and you will see that I replaced the lifters. That is where the compression problem was. The CAS just happened to snap in the process

ok.
Why did it snap?? Has your car been overheated before??

No. The car was running beautifully. I just decided to replace the lifters because of 1 intermittently noisy lifter , and when I put everything back together she started and ran for 5 seconds and then refused to start again since last week. Still trying to locate the problem.
It is driving me nucking futs !!

My intention is not being a dick.....follow the words our club president wisely said many times......
DON'T FIDDLE
I made my own saying "if it did not break don't try and fix it till it does" I broke many things because I tried to fix what was not broken....another saying the world uses and I fused mine into.
fiddling is costing you some sereous greef.....when you get it all sorted and all is running like a beut....remember these words....don't fiddle and don't try and fix something untill it is broken....
I know it does not help now....just keep at it....mistories always get uncovered....
