fact (for my sx at least) - if you follow steps from 7 onwards, that is without cutting the brown wire, the headlights will wink (go up and down) alternatively. first one side then the other. thats if you do the double clicking quickly!!!
Another fact: One headlight will always stop before the other. Which in turn means one headlight will be at different heights regardless of when you decided to press the button again.
Personally speaking, my sx did the sleepy eye bit without having to cut the brown wire. With the new entire harness and engine harness I am not sure how things will be after everything is installed.

I also saw a cheap and easy way to do it...
There is a brownish knob that you can turn next to the light, it has a black cover on.
when the lights are off, you just turn the knobby anticlockwise and the lights will lift up. It will reset after you turn the lights on again.... but its a cheap easy way...

thats the manual override knob!
its there in case the motors on the lights dont work, so you can raise them yourself and still be able to drive at night.
when you turn the lights on and off again they return to the closed position, and if you want lazy eyes then you have to do it all over again.

IIRC you first have to unplug the lights from the bottom, otherwise them knobbies do nothin
sleepy eyes good, but i prefer ANGRY EYES

the knobbies work if they are connected.
whats Angry Eyes?

Ja I know it resets itself. so you have to do it again....
BUT if you don't want to cut wires and stuff, then that also works...

or cut the wires, and put an extra switch in between for either normal operation or sleepy eye operation
