my stock one had been "massaged" (by the previous owner) with a hammer to increase the pressure.Gary57 wrote:What is your guys fasination with FPR?? The stock one does a good enough job. Injectors are rated at 3Bar pressure so why would you want to go WAY over that??
i got an adjustable one, with a gauge, set it to the stock pressure level, and BAM - car was running nicely again!

Ok point taken.Gary57 wrote:Yeah I see it pointless to fit one if there is nothing wrong with the stock one.
I would like to get a new fuel pump at least tho. This 'stutter' of mine is the same as when I'm low on fuel. I think the fuel pump has been tampered with before, but I'm not sure. Also, when I say my sx is low on fuel I mean its below the last line before the yellow (which isn't really that low). This makes me think the fuel pump may have been taken out and reinstalled to high or something, but this is just speculation.
RB25 S13 - in a perpetual state of broken-ness...
it would be a little difficult and stoopid to install it too high???
but you never know unless you investigate yourself i guess!!!
maybe there is a blockage there or something???
maybe a slight leak???
you checked all the hoses and hard pipes???
