I've seen it done.
Dont have any links now I'm afraid. But looked simples. You just need to make a bracket to hold the 350Z caliper iirc.
I believe the cost of said calipers are the biggest hurdle.

Oh ok. The calipers aint a problem, I can get the calipers and disks, but the disks will probably be useless. I just want to make sure you can make them fit. Apparently what I`ve heard ; "it`s a straight fit" . But I`m not so sure.

yap, I got 18" braid racing mags on. It will clear the calipers, but the bracket is what bothers me the most.

Will the discs fit on a s13 4 stud hub? But if the discs will fit, then the calipers should also.....

The discs will fit, you just need to redrill them to 4 stud.
and a 10 second google search reveals

looks like the calipers go straight on. Isnt that lucky

Make sure if you get wilwoods they have dust seals, my wilwoods I had on my opel lasted 1 year before two of the pistons seized rock solid because they don’t have dust seals, landed up having to change both calipers because they could not be fixed.
