gees - if mine was super-oversized then i would have... oh hang on, we talking about rubber seals!

mine is squashed plat. so even with the screws the length that they are, it doesnt seal lekka. i dont want to use silicone or anything like that, that everyone suggests, cos i want to have repeatable access to the inside of the tank.

so i need a new one. is'all!

My SX is completely stock and I average between 8km - 12 km to a litre of fuel, on the open road to Durban I got the same consumption at 120km/h as 160km/h. But Driving style always pays a big factor.

And get this, my car runs much better (as in really feel the difference) on the BP 93 and 95 compared to other brands.
Ex 200SX S13 owner - but still mad about them.

I'm in Wilgehuiwel, near Clearwater mall. Shes White and pretty standard except for the crystal headlight mod and a free flow rear silencer box. She only gets used on the weekends. Prevoius owner raped the SX F**Ked so shes come a long, but give chance when she starts looking awesome I will put pics on the forum.

I've only been to two club events so far.

If you desperate for a seal. Take your fooked O ring to a bearing and seal place and let them make you a O ring takes about 30s.
Otherwise get a piece of O ring( it comes in lengths like string) cut it to the correct length and join with superglue.

If thats to difficult take the cover off clean the sealing groove in the tank smear with grease or mold release and run a bead of silicone the right thickness in the groove.

Let it cure for 12hours before you bolt the cover down and hey presto you have a seal that can be reused.

And I didnt even charge you :)
