New question, for the Dictator experts !!.

Post by thekoukimonster »

Dictator Wasted spark Ecu.

1.Can the Dictator work with the std S14 Cam angle sensor, or do we
eliminate it completely , and only use crank trigger disc ??

2.Can it work with std Nissan s14 Ignitor, or must you use the quad
module Dictator ignitor, running std s14 coils ??

3.

Any other info on Dictator also appreciated !!.

Thanx.

with the ignitor

dicktator will have a ig output 1 2 and 3

you connect 1 to the wires that go into the ignitor for coils 1 and 4
then you connect 2 to the wires for coils 2 and 3

then the cas youll have 4 wires

power must be 12volt
ground
home
trigger

but you must put a trigger disc in the cas

paul ill email you my home made pdf diagram it for a ca18det but its the same just the cas wires for home and signal swop over

I see for the nissan 200sx s13 when you order, you get a special Dictator unit with Throttle position sensor output of 9v instead of the regular output of 5v!!!.

This above works with the Ca18det !, which version should i get for the s14 sr20det ??

It confuses me because the tps normally works between 0v and 5v :?:

hey man
why are you going to use tps? for turbo you should use map sensor

and the 9volt is not for tps its for the cas dont worrie about the 0.5 or0.9volt units just get a 0.5volt and connect directly to 12volt ignition
