Howzit everyone
Ok so here's the low down drove home 3-4 weeks ago found i was low on power and fueling like i was trying to kill the environment..
Took injector terminals off the injectors to see if they were making proper contact out of interest and they were alil dirty so cleaned with carb cleaner and bam wouldn't start the begining of my issues....
next day started looking why it wouldn't start so checked spark and fuel pump to see if it was doing the standard procedure there was spark but not much so changed the plugs with spare 2nd hand one just to get it started.. she started but wouldnt rev up and misfired and smokes like iv never seen tested to see if the injectors were leaking and found that only injector 1 was ok so i replaced them with the once off my spare motor, leak gone and put new plugs in, so i was like yes ill go for a drive and see wat happens, but no luck car ran alrightish for about a minute then wanted to die and carry on all while killing small animals with black smoke.
get home check plugs no leak and spark still so i took the smt6 chip out and started her one time idles smooth but wont rev up and wen it did missed and all again checked the codes and the engine temp is gone and air flow meter... not being experienced with wiring a chip i reconnected the chip and afm is fine again but she wont rev up at all , so i started playing with icv and aac no change, take the pcv pipe off she idles better but still wont rev up disconnect engine temp idles better yet still wont rev up
sorry for the long post but details are important....
Out of ideas Tons of problems.........

Go back to standard ecu to rule out chip
Then read the ECU fault codes and replace whatever is giving you errors. If the car is still shitting itself after the ECU is giving no more fault codes, then come back.
The ECU usually gives you a pretty good idea of what is going wrong.
The no revving up makes me think Air Flow Meter anyway
Might want to list your spec up here aswell...may help with diagnosing crap tuning/modifying
PS. get rid of the BOV....not needed and gives more problems than grins

It's probably MAF - what your SMT6 does is tap into the signal wire from the MAF to ECU and lies to the ECU about what is actually happening.
It's most probably just a wiring issue - cut wire, short circuit or bad connection. Check the wires from the error codes first and work from there.

Shot for the advice and I did have a look at the wiring I took the chip out completely
Now and played alil with while the car idled and got everything to run nicely but it would seem that
Monkeys tune cars now so got everything neatend up..
So car revs up fine and sounds awesome till I started looking at the smoke issues
Black smoke gone it blue smoke now bad bad blue smoke so start taking the induction
Out and atleast 2 liters of oil is lieing there, I know the piping was clean before
Because I took them all out when I got the car to clean them so I cleaned them again and
Made sure all was tightened drove her down the road and couldn't even see the car behind me it was so bad
So I'm thinking turbo seals??

only thing i dont quite understand after i finished i went for a test drive and was boosting 1 bar got home washed her and went out again and boosting .6 seems odd that the boost suddenly changed???
happy she goes now and even happier with the power much better now
