anyone use Apexi power FC or HKS f-con in SA?

Yes, lots of us do use the Power FC, very nice ECU that, worth the price IMO.

AFAIK HKS cannot be tuned unless you have the HKS dealer controller to manipulate maps, limits your options.

Apexi much better in this regard, and probably more common in SA than HKS.

... HKS f-con rated better... but cant tune the fucken thing... and it only available in japanese...

i have Apexi Power FC + boost function^^ i think i will put it in... coz i have Apexi everywhere in my car... turbo timer... RSM... AVCR

ok so where is the cheapest place to get my hands on a Apexi FC Commander for my sx?

depends on Your tuning needs a Apexi SAFC NEO works well and is not that expensive

easy to use aswell

Hey Andre_sx when you say depending on your needs what do you mean? is Neo a standalone engine management like the FC commander?

power FC have much more function and more tunable...

When I install an apexi power fc in my s14 can I remove the restrictive airflow meter or does it have to stay?

It depend on what version Apexi your using :

L-jetro: Using airflow meter.

D-jetro: Using Manifold pressure sensor.
