3076 is a GREAT road combo.. 600hp sounds nice, but i think it will be more of a dragster..? less bottom end.. unless its twin scroll.
id keep 3076 - spend the cash making it lighter

The guy had his Evo 7 confiscated by SARS (crusher) so he wants to sell all his parts ,was building a monster
My car is perfect for road and dont really want to lose that
going to get some nice goodies from him to make the engine bay look SWEET
dont do it.. some many have, and hated it after! just look at Costa, Adelin etc etc
it will be a monster but not road friendly taking it away from why i bought the car ,I have learnt my lesson and wont overspec my evo unless the stock one breaks nut it is tempting
