hahahah!!!! LOL
toby's idea sounded like a good one.
most of the rubbers (boot seal, front door seal, etc) are hollow. if you shove a smaller clear plastic pipe in there, you can restore the rubbers to their original height! that will improve the seal.
i just hope you'll be able to close your doors!

Gary, I think you would first have to look at sealing up any holes, like probably the grommet holes that dont have grommets, and so forth. I noticed a lot of noise coming in at those points, for your doors, if it doesn't have the plastic liner in, put one in. These are probably going to be the best places to concentrate.
Certain Tyre's can also give you a lot of road noise.
The sound deadening materials do help though but all they do is prevent the panels from vibrating to much, this in turn keeps the sound from resonating and getting amplified by the cars body.
Also you can try some Sister foam filler only thing is you will need to let it dry over night before you can shape and cut it. But it helps a crap load for rattling panels. It can also be used as a light weight sound insulator. Just first read the instructions and make sure to listen to them, Test the flow rate of the can before you just go and blast it in everywhere, it has a 20X expansion rate or so.....
Let me know how things come along.

I have all the grommets and the plastic liners in the doors.
I am running Toyo T1R's which are directional and they are giving me the road noise but they grip so well they are staying.
I was thinking about using Dynamat or something similar. I have already done the boot with RoadKill so will use the rest that I have for the inside the car above the wheel wells and under the back seat.
I am also trying to get that paint on sound deadener for inside the wheel wells.
Also ordering new door rubbers and sunroof rubbers and handle.
