inside Fan on full blast...cant turn off

Fan inside car is on 3 permanantly and i cant turn it off...trying to decypher the service manual but ja still trying...

I can move it betw off1234 but doesnt go lower than 3...also hit a hard bump and it went off then came back on WTF

Do you guys have some ideas?

Will apreciate any advice cos its irritating the hell outta me.

Pull out the switch unit and see whats shorting.

took the fuses out...temporary
