That depends whether your standard fuel pump will supply enough fuel for the new air flow....

Dude do not increase your boost if your running a T28!!!! it flows way more at 0.8 than a T25 at the same boost pressure.

And no, resetting your ECU isn't going to do bugger all. S13's don't have learning ECU's in them.

you sure you running a T28?
I'd get a Walbro fuel pump, a manual boost controller and well not sure what you'd do ecu wise, just getting a uni-chip might make sure you don't run to lean if they map it.

Did it still splutter....if it did....get the gaps down to 0.6 and see what it does, as Daniel said, the turbo does flow more, if you leave the boost where it was, set the gap of the plugs and reset the ECU sothat all preveous memory of AFM is relaced by new data it should give more fuel because the AFM reads more airflow.

The ECU does not learn as persay....but it does "listen" to all the sensors to output what fuel and timing to adjust to....resetting the ecu wipes all data that there was and new data replaces that with new data from the sensors.

To increase your boost you need to follow the steps i and others have mentioned earlier, larger volume fuel pump, smaller spark plug gap, your ecu should now be able to adjust to the new air flow easier.

Every car responds different, when you do push the boost you need to take it bit by bit, look at what the car does, some guys get it up to one bar, some just manage 0.8

ok so i did the plugs, the spluttering has gotten less sort of.
i rode it untill the car was warm and it seem to get better.
but when the car idles it runs and then almost sounds like "hits a bump" (cant explain any other way). im gonna ride it again later and see if it still happens.
gave the car a lekka clean now, will upload the pics before the respray and after. :)

Start by getting a adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a gauge that way you can see what you are working with. The gauge will also tell you if your pump can keep up.
