As for the 45 degrees = one 90degree cut in halve = two 45's, cheaper, just with a little more welding. My problem I have is that the 7mgte motors exhaust is on the opposite side to those on the Nissan motors. Will have to cross over or under the prop shaft. Other option is to cross just in front of the G/Box, but that would mean to very tight 90degree bends very close to each other in opposite directions.

I have done a bit of homework and have been told that I might loose a bit of torque low down which might not justify the power gain on top with the 100mm.

Busy with the hub conversion, quickly help me Nuts or studs???? The hub's metal thickness is about 12mm in the front and 16mm at the back.

Ok 2 wheels done, what a job!!!!

Went with wheel nuts... hope it holds out...but I am sure it will. :?

Now I can move the car around again... jipee

Will get started on finishing the wiring today. And test fitting a radiator that I got, its one from a TX5 with a built-in oil cooler too.

Just a quick update:

Motor started  , but turbo was F'd, had to get a new one, so on went a brand spanking new T3/T4. That blew the budget completly as it was not planned for and R 5000.00 could finish a whole lot of other smaller things.

Still to do: Build Boost pipes, Build propshaft, fit exhaust and bleed brakes and clutch. This thing needs to run BEFORE Christmas......

Hold Thumbs guys !!

:( :( :( Car was finished, went to the dyno and melted 2 pistons because of a blown head gasket !!!!!

There goes the budget once more, but at least I got to drive the car for 15km's, thats last week wednesday.

:) :P

Today took delivery of my RB25, thanks to a fellow forum member !!!!
Now its starts all over again......... But at least this time its a NISSAN.....
Suppose the SX had its way of telling me the 7M does not belong there, Will be using the new turbo I bought for the 7mgte,
and also the 650cc injectors, except for that everythings
changing once more.

Having a button clutch made up at the moment.... will keep you guys posted !!!

Thanks Rat!! I really need it, This has been the most dissapointing and
most difficult build I have ever done! But I think it will also be the most
rewarding once its done...

Just want to thank Anre (neptune tyres),Japspec and Rudeboy, for the
help and "motivational" Drifts in their cars to keep me going... Nothing
like having a spin with Anre and JAPSPEC going side ways at 140km/h -
160km/h to get the heart pumping and the energy going to finish the
project.

At the moment I am that guy that normally stand next to the track telling everyone about his monster car, but no-one ever see it and I hate that !!!!!!

depends on the size of the turbo.... thought you had bigger injectors?...

0.8 is fine....

if rudeboy or bennie have anything to say.... 1.4 is fine... with your 650cc's that is
S13 - everything
something and something else
