see my front bumper, the chop before cut out a bit. Was thinking of what to do with it. Garys brother whats to cut it down so you can see all of the intercooler, what you think?

it would be better for the IC, more surface area exposed. also, more things can fly into your IC

the std bumper already has huge hole there for bricks. 6cm more gone is not going to make a big difference

I think cut it!!!
I've been wanting to do this to my sx. It must make a difference not only the surface area of the intercooler exposed to flowing air but also the radiator behind it.
And I think it looks awesome!

Hmmm... 50% more core for cooling should make a difference...

stopped off at garys place today and bonnet closed. tyres on and pumped.
they were getting ready to tow the car to roadmaster to do the exhaust and IC piping.
So the list of whats left to do:
Exhaust
IC piping and intake
Dump Valve
Cone Filter
Fans and fan controller
Wire and tune
D2's
sure there are some misc things as well
