the seal was leaking so i took i for repair, now the guys donjt know how to put back together

that is why I don't want a ball bearing turbo.....if they can't fix this....how could they fix a ball bearing turbo...

I would recommend someone with extensive knowledge like Claus, use your existing exhaust housing, and mate it with something popular, To4E or similar.
fast spool times, big flow and cheap.
