well here are the pics of my car finished

results goes really well full boost at 4000rpm 0.7bar boost starts spooling at 3500rpm with boost controller off will try reduce it to 3000rpm with it switched on

the car id say is a more relaxed and friendly drive hardly aveing to boost anywhere but still flying at the same time it seems to be good on fuel tho must be the fact that i hardly have to boost to get anywhere

i have a small prob of down pipe hitting abs unit on deceleration but not for long abs will be removed cos of the coilovers

here the pics the turbo intake i used was the inlet manifold org intake tube fits perfect but be warned i had it 20mm shorter (good thing i had 2) and car would not idle and cut out the turbo was messing with the maf so keep the stock lenght it works great

tube manifold made from shed piping (thanks to brad) and excell 38mm wastegate with awesome screamer pipe

had to move the boost controler on top of the motor to keep the lines to wastegate short

new position for hks bov semi hidden

well thats it for now next mod is 550cc injector (have them in my office) then managemet (i have a gotech pro mfi v5 the gold one) but not sure if i wanna go to dicktator or try the gotech out

and remember folks comments are welcome

looks like a very neat job. I think you will get over the screamer pipe quick but you can always join it into the zorst later on.

you must get the management done and the injectors, i am sure you can do close to 200rwkw

Loving the looks of this setup, have to come for a drive in this. dude, lose the rubber intake piping on the air filter.

lookin good... i would have thought with the altitude diff and your new manifold your turbo should spool quicker...(electronic boost controller hooked up?)

it could also be that the manifold was built for higher flow in mind
