stock s13 rims with new tyres R1800 neg

pheonix 3d fuel management system, new, has basic maps, the guy that builds these systems is a friend of mine so support is good, all about the tuning R2800 neg.

need extra funding for my rb, gatvol of golf 5's, subarus etc.... time to blindside n surprise them
