Guys, have 1 windscreen left for sale, R1500 with the sealant.
Note these are SABS approved screens so your insurance (if you have) will have no problems.

But.. you say any windscreen shop can fit it, what about the rubbers. Id preferably like to get rid of the original rubbers and bits and rather use a generic windscreen rubber.. ??
DRIFTZ...The sx wind screen is glued in with a silicon base window adhesive and the original plastic beadings are positioned into the silicon. There is no window rubber like a conventional vw golf type windscreen fitment. Any auto glass shop will fit it for you at a small cost. I supply this silicon adhesive with the windscreen both for R1500.
That rubber has been fitted most probably to replace the original plastic trim, it does not act as a seal but only as a finish to hide the gap between the edge of the glass and the body. The SX is a bonded in windscreen. I watched my new screen being fitted to my sx and window rubbers are not std and will not fit anyway. A screen fitted with sealant only will not leak.
There are 2 rubbers that hold the windscreen in, the dam and foundation rubbers. The one is like a sponge and the other is rubber that goes right on the body.
