My gues is the panelbeaters got the vacuum pipes wrong....or you have a huge vacuum leak somewhere....
If not a vacuum leak your electronics has been.....
So....start with this....there is a biggish pipe in to your intercooler pipe before the throttle body....if that leaks or is off....this is what will happen, check all the vacuum lines and intercooler pipes....
From there....mark where your CAS was, remove it,switch ignition on, turn CAS by hand....as you turn it you will here the injectors click according to your firing order.....listen that all 4 does that some or other time during the rotation of the CAS, reinstall if all is well.
Then take out the coil packs, use an old spark plug, install it in the rubber isolator as it would go into your head.....test each coil by holding the coil with spark plug close to tappet cover....let someone turn the engine...see if there is spark...if all 4 sparks....cool.
Now start checking all your sensors...afm,tps and so on....check the contineuance and voltage according to the workshop manual, check ECU codes.
If that is all fine I'd start checking your cambelt timing.....it might have jumped a tooth.....why that would happen I don't know....murphy just does this sometimes...
Riekert....sorry....I'm sure you tried most of this already....start pleading with murphy.....
