It is time for the only Sound & Styling Motor Show™ ever held in Pretoria! Our theme for 2009 will be
“The Speed. The Noise. The Thrill.”™


Venue

The Venue is conveniently situated at the Tshwane Event Centre which is accessible from all major highways and a mere 1,5km from the CBD of Pretoria. The event will be held in Hall J, L, B and G with easy access from Gate G4 and G6 in Church Street and G7 for Exhibitors.


Hall J 11 600m² Competition Hall with Nitro Crew, exhibition hall and V.I.P. Section with free V.I.P parking for exhibitors.
Hall L 4225m2 Max My Ride and DC 10 GP exhibition hall and RC Drifting Show hall.

Hall B 1760 m² exhibition hall with free V.I.P. parking for exhibitors.

Hall G 1696 m² exhibition hall with free V.I.P. parking for exhibitors.

ABSA Events 9856m² Entertainment Arena with Spur and Nando’s.

Amusement Park Sound and Styling Kids Galore. First Ever at a Motor Show.

Enough space to prevent over-crowding.

A catalogue for hiring of furniture, carpets and other equipment such as LCD Screens, etc. for better advertising, is also available.

Badges and Passes will be given on event day.

Parking in 8 dedicated areas for up to 3000 cars.


Dates

The Show will run over a Seven day period 21st – 27th of September 2009.
This will also include five days for Set-Up which will be from the 16th until the 20th of September 2009 and break-down will commence after the event on the 28th of September 2009.

Sadly, I don't think this will happen. It basically means leaving your car there for almost 13 days! 5 days setup, then 7 days there, then only the following day you can take it Castrol Extreme was hard enuff

Anyway, I'm meeting with the dude on Friday at Rivonia McD's at 2pm, if anyone from the club wants to join in on the meet, lemme know.
