How expensive is it to recon these turbo's?
Are the kits readily available?
And does anybody have a spare T25 for sale for me?

I reconned my Ca18det T25 last year at turbo exchange it costed me R2700
so not cheap at all

Depends what was replaced, My S14 turbo was re-done by Turbo exchange for around the same, only "original" part left of my turbo was the center cartridge, they replace turbine and compressor wheels, turbine and compressor housings, shafts and bearings.
