cars was great,,, but im loving Finanical advisory, I really wish i had started in the industry, Not because of the money

but for me it really is job satisfaction, Its relating to someone on a more personal level than any other industry.....

Gary you are actaully my target clients, people who Are
archivers , yet arent secured for retirement....im willing to bet that
all you have is probally company Provident fund/ Pension fund
and maybe a small RA.......

Let me ask you this, do you really want to work till you 65

not me bro...ill be retiring @ 55 to world travel....With proper Planning
you can retire wealthier than your working life

The reason im selling one of my cars is to invest that capital for my retirement,,,

Kudos to you though,, you have a house...still a good investment,,,
what about saving for your wedding, baby costs, education cost

its scary out there, im actaully holding out on kids, to bolster my retirement first,,,,

as for the Sx Addiction its not a wise investment, But its an investment in your happiness,,,,, and thats important....without happiness, it make resoning to work and live hard

So spend money on your self...but moderate it....Make sure that everything else doesnt fall apart

hehe, why would I be a target :? ?? Na my finances are pretty sorted hey but you can come have a talk to me, any advice is better than no advice, I like listening to many peoples advice and then use what I want.

I have a house already and should be in line to buy another one in 2-3 years... My retirement will be property.

But yeah come chat with me...

PM Sent Drillegy , Education policys are a must if you dont want to end up sending your child to a dump of a school,,,,,,, But Priavte education can cost more than your bond per month....its scary,,,hence my personal waiting period before i have kids......

Life insurance ? Yes I do

Gary My advice is my Intellectual property, its wat i earn my food on
Id love to come chat and share with you, but by law i can only make suggestions based on facts. i will need to see exactly what you have and what your plans are, If you value something I prepose doing, then all i ask
is that you put it in place with me and not somebody else, Coz i did the work,

This process doesnt cost you a cent, Our commision is regulated by law
and built into the packages we offer

Gary you shouldnt bolster all your retirement plans on Property, You need to diversify, There are investment portfolios that have returned 29% over the last 25 years ..averaged...

Also to you know the tax implications...?

Ill call you to setup an appointment

proven track record
and they are one of the top fund administrators

check them out

but bearing in mind its long term, I would look at 15/30 year investment

the turn around is coming

This Morning telkom Shares opened at R55..XX

I bought Them at 55.95 its already at R61.50

a client of mine bought R30 000 worth when i called him and told him its a
good investment

He made just over R3000

im confident it will go back up to +- R100 very quickly
