I TRIED TO GET THE CONDITIONS RIGHT SO I PUT IN A CEILING & A EXTRACTION UNIT ETC, ALSO BOUGHT PROFESSIONAL PAINTING EQUIPMENT. SO HOPEFULLY IT COMES OUT JUST THE WAY I PLANNED.

YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, IF YOU WANT IT YOUR WAY, DO IT YOURSELF!
SO THATS WHAT IM DOING.
I GOT THE CAR BACK BUT THE CAR IS NOT FINNISHED
HOW I WANT IT, SO IM REDOING & REVISING EVERYTHING.
FOR ME ITS JUST AS IMPORTANT WHATS BENEATH THE TRIM AS THE PAINT OUTSIDE. I MIGHT PAINT THE INSIDE THIS WEEKEND, BUT THE REST WILL TAKE ME SOME TIME!
I DID ALL THE PLASTIC INTERIOR TRIM PIECES, IT CAME OUT AWESOME.
TOOK ME TWO WEEKS!

WM - and don't I know the feeling. Have been busy for almost a month now with a respray, and it's still not close to being done the way I want it.

Everytime I get to the bodyshop there is some or other problem, or they are waiting for something. I thought I am not qualified to do it myself as I wanted it 100% but it looks like my 95% is better than most "bodyshops" 110%

I have now been visiting the bodyshop daily with a permanent marker

THEY NOW HATE ME !!! But the work gets done the way I want it to ....

So yeah doing it yourself = cheaper and better !!!

Try posting some pics soon pls!
