Sooo... nearing completion...

Wiring is done... *prays that it doesn't blow something up*

Gotten nice braided hoses for the turbo. and damn cheap too! everything else is basically completed.

Tappet cover came off and was resprayed, motor still looks good on the inside.

The Radiator (stock CA) is in again too. now just the hoses from the Rad to the motor, and the two silicone connections up front at the IC...

Oh... biggest thing I still need is 2x12" electric fans and a thermoswitch....

and I need a pigtail for my AFM/MAF thing... i did make one up... but not sure if it will work...

oohh... here is a pic or two....

Ok... so the engine turns. need to sort out the firing though. other than that... the new Radiator still needs to get fitted and there are a few minors that needs to get sorted...

radiator pipe for the CA rad to SR would've cost me R800! 0_0
whats up with that!!

Oh did I mention the VVT was removed.

Hey people...

Ok so another mini update(without pics)

Like in the vid, the car starts but is idling horribly. so tonite i'll be sorting out the vacuum pipes, cuase I think that is one of my biggest issues. then I'll need to check all the plugs again to see if they give spark... I also now need to tap a hole in the hotpipe for my actuator. man still a few things to do.

Oh and I can't get the damn gearbox oil filler bolt out!!! WTF!!

I seriously need to get it out otherwise I can't drive my car...

So close I can taste it... but so much to do still.

Oh need to get the exhaust welded also (long story). Also fit a new idle control valve.

Thats it for now. Will take pics tonite of how the car looks at the moment.

You can fill through the shifter hole inside the car, just need to take the shifter out and throw the correct amount of oil in.
