well i really wanted to fit my t25g but i was missing a part for the intake to clip on so i had to wait till i had time to work on it at work as i couldnt get one

so i made a template and cut it out of 15mm alu then i drilled it to suit locking bolts and but it in the lathe to machine a steped shoulder in it to hold the intake pipe
Image
Image

then i machine a piece of alu round to make the intake pipe

then i welded it up and dressed the welds alil waiting to get it in the polishing bay

here it sits on the turbo
Image
Image

while i had the turbo off i also took it apart and surfaced grinded the exh in and outlets so seal better
Image
Image

now i can fit this turbo
