LOL!! No, not that much wkw, but yeah, it has quite allot of power and torque! They are replacing the alloy with tempered steel! Hopefully it will hold this time!

That clutch looks very much like the ones my buddy got made for his race golf and corsa, but they made up there in Pta...

Think you should go double / triple plate mate... I don't think you get a 4 puk copper that will last 8)

clutches

Rezlo has some clutches, im sure one of those should be fine?

I just wish they'd publish product performance with the product detail, how much slip, for what application is it best suited for, etc. Maybe it does say but I just can't read it

My clutch was done by Norbake in boksburg. They are good and can do a clutch conversion to a more common clutch kit than the stock kit and can even lighten and balance your flywheel at the same time. They have a good reputation in general.

A word of warning though, last time I took my car in for yet another pressure plate (seems to be the thing I wear out by coasting on the clutch) was another story. Car came back with a cracked windshield, broken alarm/immobiliser.

I just hope I'll be able to figure out WTF they did and what clutch kit they used so I can get the same one. At the moment it bites good and is very soft. It probably won't last though

eish, first time I've seen one break like that. I've had torquestraps snap on the P-plate but never broke a clutch. Try a solidhub one next time, looks like there's not a lot or rivits on that one.
