Thanks for the 5 or 6 constructive posts so far :lol:

I think you guys are on to something with the bad/dry connections. Today it's cold and the window works perfectly. I've also noticed that if the car has stood in the sun for a while and it's really hot, the window also works fine.

Will look at the connections in the black relay looking box this week end.
