R600 is a bit spicy for plugs at the mo....
So im not sure...

Heard good things about NGK Iridium's, no first hand experience though. I think Toby uses them if I'm not mistaken?
P.s. They're quite pricy.
Diesel power, hmm, yes, I think I'll have some of that.

Hey wuzup guys after reading the post i just wanted to confirm with you guys. Is the BCPR7ES the best plug to use on my ca18det s13, with the gap set 0.8 -0.9

I going to start using BCP7ES again, they always seemed to make my car a little more responsive

The factory plug is the BCPR6ES-11. I've been using it and no problems.
