Had problems with std feul pumps, all was sorted after fitting Walbro pump. So, I think its worth the money. Have not made more than 300kw on any of my engines, but below that there is enough feul. Hope to go more than 300kw with RB26
Hey RB, Cant beleive i only saw this now, well done on the work so far
Looking really Good
And for those that dont Know this is the engine I was selling,,,,, Sorry RB But i wish i didnt sell, it was a stupid idea on my part, But atleat one of us is happy, Only problem is im stuck with a Toyota engine in my car
It would be great to have a get together with all you cape guys, Some serious conversion down there
Respray and body work takes a lot of time, should be done by end next week. Got some 17" wheels, wanted 18", but after working out the differance in price, I went for 17". Might have the rear rims widened in the future.
What do you guys think about this?
I was thinking of doing the same with my RB26, polish all the aluminium engine parts.
i've been down the polishing aluminium bits road - i ploished most of my ca18det by myself.
its lots of hard work, hard work to achieve and hard work to keep clean and shiny. i think that looks more like chrome, which is easier to keep shiny!!!
now put aside the negative comments because i think the polished engine bay look is freekin awesome, and if you do go this route, i'll be cheering you on all the way!!!

Here in Ctn is a place called "pretty polish". They did my RB25, and did a good job, for a very reasonable amount (R700). I wouldnt do all that work for the same money. (the owner likes nissan's).
