300 BRAKES
i have got the front, and rear calipers and discs, brake lines and e-brake cable's and the 300zx m/c. does the rear ones also fit exactly like the std?
yup!
sounds like you have everything you need, 'cept pads!
you got those right?
also - you dont need special e-brake cables. lots of people read that we need custom e-brake cables, but thats true of the US spec s13. its not true of the EURO spec s13. your brake calipers should fit straight on, the discs should fit straight over the standard drum brake mechanism, but you will have to get rid of your rear disc dust cover.
the dust cover can be bent away (very untidy!) or take off the hub assembly and drill out the spot welds, and then it will fall off. grind off the rest of the spot weld mess to neaten it even more.
and BAM - the rest should be a piece of cake.
as for ABS - i've heard that its compatible - but thats total hearsay! i haven't tested it myself, and i dont remember if the source was reliable!

nissan...
spares shops...
EBC stockists...
Ferodo DS stockists...
the front pads are the same as the s14 pads, the subaru 4 pot calipers, the toyota hilux/prado 4 pot calipers...
the rear pads - not sure if there are other alternatives.

i've only seen the caliper itself through the wheel. not off the car!
it looked like a steel caliper, but then you never know, until you have it off!
didnt have cooling vanes on it like the aluminium nissan ones!
also not sure if it has the same mounting design?

This could be something worthwhile to look into. Car manufacturers get all of their parts from certain manufacturers like Nissin, Brembo, whatever.
The chances are very good that a cheaper alternative could be found, example:
1) My mini's front calipers have exact same mounting design as Golf 1 (and Golf 3, i think..)
2) My ZX-7R's front six pot tokico calipers are exactly the same as 'busa, old GSX-R and old Yamaha Fazer.
