ok, so this is the update:
Say I start the car in the morning, its starts good. Drive to the garage, turn it off. Then try and start it again.... iys dead. Push start it and it starts.
Get to work, work the whole day, get to the car and it starts again. Get home, switch it off. Try and start it again immediatly, its dead.
Next morning its fine again....
Starter then? Why when you leave it for a few hours does it start again?

When the car is warm the internals are expanded. This makes it more difficult for the starter to work. Maybe the start doesn't have the power anymore to start the engine after its warm?
I know when my sx is warm it always takes longer to start than when I start it in the morning when its cold.
