And what is this restrictor suppose to restrict in our ca18det's?

i actually dont know why they would restrict the crankcase ventilation.

i know they put a similar restrictor into ballbearing turbo's oil feed line, cos they need less oil, but why in a ventilation hose??? i dunno!
