engin surge / flat spot
hey guys i have a problem when i put my foot flat and it boosts then its a dead flat to me thats no fuel ive checked all the boost lines and the fine so what else could it be pls help
Same here.
As far as I know its fuel. Its either our 15 year old fuel pumps or injectors or something to do with the fuel.
It feels like its a lot of small fuel cuts, it starts at 2500rpm and goes up to about 3800rpm.
I had something like that with my golf, it turned out to be the fuel pump, it couldn't get enough fuel to the injectors so it was starving and it sounded the same.
I'm gonna dyno my car the coming week and once its sorted I'll let you know what it is!
