Petrol pump??

Post by mario_200sx »

Hey all,

Sometimes in the morning when I switch on the ignition of my car I heard a weird sound, sound like its from the back.

I think its the petrol pupm because its got the same sound as those external holly pumps..

Any ideas?

Come pop in at my house i'll have a listen! I had that on my golf. You will be able to hear from the noise it makes what the problem is!

I replaced mine with a BOSCH okie. Works well. Just as good and paid R800-00 bucks I think, from our drifter Charel.

VDO also make a range of pumps at reasonable prices that are internal too.

so it'll be an upgrade, but basically a replacement for your old pump.

look into that too!
