VIBRATIONS (and not the good type)

Post by Gary57 »

At low rev and high torque I get this vibration at about 2000rpm and it goes away at about 2500rpm. Any idea of what it could be??

Heres the weird part, my dad has a COLT 2.8TDI and he has the same vibration at the same conditions at the same rev. What could the similarity be between a diesel and petrol??

Is it a noise, or does the car just vibrate (which could be a good thing ;)? If noise, where's it coming from? Sounds like the left side of the dashboard, or from the engine? Could be the aircon pipe knocking against the wing, if it's anything like the problem I used to have.
