Have any of you guys changed this?? Mine is starting to come apart above the turbo so I want to replace it, any idea what I could use??

I will take it off completely but I need to replace it.
VC I am not to keen in shiney stuff, maybe a sort of foam??

it probably wont be a problem to find a high heat resistance foam that you could cut to size. but then you would have to find some sort of high heat resistance cloth to stick to it somehow???
or you could just go and buy an original???

Hey 57... I have also removed mine... My turbo is closer to the bonnet though and as a result of it removed, the bonnet gets quite hot, which is not good.
It does look neater though and the bonnet is easier to clean on the inside.
I'd recommend replacing the thing, but I don't have any ideas...
Maybe just use a turbo sock instead of having the whole heat shield
