You will notice a rubber that is stuck around the glass, that seals it against the frame.
What I did was find something soft & I pushed it into the rubber. You will find that the rubber is hollow.
I used a straw
. It actually worked very well, & stopped the whistling noise. However, that only works below 210KM, anything faster then that used to get me the noise again.
Aside from the straw, I wanted to really use silicon tubes...the ones that we connect our boost gauges too.

I took my whole sunroof apart and used some black silicone and redid all the seals... this helped fix my leaks... I also had a whistle, if I pull my lever slightly like I wanted to open it it stopped, so i added a washer or two on the roof bracket to might it tigher this solved the problem...
