You will notice a rubber that is stuck around the glass, that seals it against the frame.
What I did was find something soft & I pushed it into the rubber. You will find that the rubber is hollow.

I used a straw :) . It actually worked very well, & stopped the whistling noise. However, that only works below 210KM, anything faster then that used to get me the noise again.

Aside from the straw, I wanted to really use silicon tubes...the ones that we connect our boost gauges too.

Use some sillicon spray where all bare plastic surfaces touch. Will stop the squeking. Also spray into window runners and dry rubbers.

I took my whole sunroof apart and used some black silicone and redid all the seals... this helped fix my leaks... I also had a whistle, if I pull my lever slightly like I wanted to open it it stopped, so i added a washer or two on the roof bracket to might it tigher this solved the problem...

If I tighten mine on the adjustment it stops the whistle up to about 160Kmh but then I doesnt stay up. If I adjust it to stay up then it whistles at about 100Kmh.
