Maybe an oil flush will help the problem :)
If it doesnt go away and starts getting worse then i think a check up is in order. :)

i dont think an oil flush will work. i think new lifters will work. if they're bled properly. otherwise those wont work either!

My lifters where quiet until my last service just before it went to Maus. I always used Nissan filters, but on that particular day I was lazy or something and I bought a GUD. Suddenly the lifters are getting noisier, hot or cold engine. :x

So bought an OEM filter this morning, jip, its got a 1 way valve to stop the oil from draining back into the sump :lol:

Going to replace the filter and see if that solves the problem :) *needs a service soon anyways*
