GReddy Profec B spec 2 electronic boost controller

Post by Gary57 »

Here is my new toy which I got on Friday.

I fitted it on Friday after work which took about 2 hours but I was dragging my feet a bit. Installation is dead simple and very straight forward. Then I took it on the road to set it up and it is really so simple. 5 mins of driving and I was boosting at 1bar consistantly, considering I have had the Wolf for 8 months now and have never been able to get the boost control right, this thing is fantastic.

This is without a doubt the best mod I have done to my car. If you think polyurethane bushes are good you must get one of these, WOW.

PS: Thanks Rezlo for the advice to buy one, it is really as good as you said it was.

Well it is down by my left knee so I cant really see it unless I look at it. I have a boost gauge on the Zeitronix so I dont reaaly use it as a boost gauge.

I love going foot flat in low boost 0.6Bar and then push the high boost and feel the difference, WOW.

Ja the other was a mate of mines, he put it in the same package as mine.

Yeah, they are great, they don't get used to build some of the worlds fatest cars for free and used by very famous tuners around the world, incl Top secret.

Fuctions are simple, just one thing, would of liked more boost settings as in stage 1 low boost then mid then HIGH, probably not needed, but hey, there is always room for improvement. :D

Na I think low and high boost are plenty. I have set low boost to 0.8 Bar and high boost to 1 Bar. It is quite amazine what a difference 0.2 Bar makes.

If you want this type of intellegencebuilt into the unit , then look at a profec E-01 , it has all of this , as well as a data tracker.

What other products do you sell?? Do you have a website we could look at??
