How much for 76mm?? Do you have those venturies for a TD04, if not I will have a problem connecting it to the turbo.
I know thats more than the average S13 owner pays for a service but its good shit
Im obviously not average then  .
Clearly not :)

If you give me the tdo4 dimensions I will make for it. I need OD, ID and length of the intake section.

76mm will be a little cheaper however I have to buy 3m of the stuff at a time so you will need to take at least 1 metre

I will try get the dimensions, I think the OD is 63mm and about 20mm long.

I will take a meter no stress, just need to know a price first before I say yes. How much with the venturi?? PM me if you want.

Right,

long time no post.

So the calibrator fitted me one of these puppies yesterday - and even tho i already have a MASSIVE intake, i can definitely feel a reduction in lag. Not sure about power readings tho, but the but dyno also says 'YES'

Well... I figure if you buy a CDA at R2000 you might as well spring for the extra R500 and get the PROPER venturi with it

Well it does work very nice even though I initially had doubts about heat resistant plastic things.

Sorry but I am a bit slow on a Monday morning...
Got this nice VQ Air flow meter that fits nicely on the air filter box, but the output of around 90 mm is of course way to big for the std plumbing down to the T28 inlet... So the top left picture is the one I need to screw on to the T28. Where does the 1 on the right hand fit, over the smaller white 1?
What do I do with the recirculating air coming back from the BOV to this pipe I need to replace? Build a special bigger adapter?

Thx

The black job on the right replaces the std BMC CDA outlet if you have one.

You need the white job For the breather I normally take a piece of 89mm steel or ally pipe and weld a tottie onto it for the breather pipe. Then you cut the 89mm flexible hose and put your adapter into it with 2 hose clamps.

So the white job bolts to the T28 and excepts a 89mm pipe from the AFM out :?: Price, in stock, can I pick up Tuesday morning :?: Flex hose 0.5m length price :?:

Thanks :!:

Thanks. How long to manufacture? My turbo packed up and I am taking it in 2morrow for rebuild. The shaft can make loops...without touching. Would like to assemble with new parts when I get it back.

The original turbo lasted 11 years at .7 bar, and only 1 year at 1 bar
With the better air flow sure I can drop the boost a bit back to .7. It made better power at .7 before. :D
